Excel Formula & Macro

The workbook has a 'Summary' worksheet where all data is entered per month, Jan to Dec. The worksheet 'Jan (alpha)' is linked to the 'Summary' sheet and daws data directly from it. I need a new worksheet created for all other months Feb to Dec linking back to the 'Summary' worksheet. Note that the worksheet 'Jan (alpha)' has all relevant formulas already inputted, they will just need to be changed to reflect relevant month. In addition to this on each monthly worksheet there needs to be a macro button 'Output Tenon Summary' which copies the relevant worksheet to a new workbook and sorts the data by field 'Dept'. The main workbook should be left sorted by 'Employee Name' and left open.
