Hi, there are two ways: 1. Write a small script that will take those emails from database and send the message. 2. Upload them to MailChimp and make all future mail outs from there.

Hi, I understand you need to send emails to 18,000 contacts. I would recommend a custom coded solution, using a HTML template, and Mandrill. Mandrill is free to send 12,000 emails, and then only $0.20/thousand after that. Seems like a pretty cheap and easy solution to me!

Does your service provider allow you to send out large numbers of email at a time? A php script could do this depending on the answers given. I look forward to helping you with this problem
