**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** An expert web designer, able to develop website layouts for amazing websites. **Skills:** - precision & quickness - creativity and originality - uses Macromedia/Adobe Fireworks (photoshop comes second) - ability to work on web layouts with realization in mind, you have to understand the basic principles of SEO and HTML programming - Understand and knows the new features of CSS3 - WRITTEN ENGLISH **First projects to follow/develop ** 1. A website layout (homepage + multiple internal pages) based on a brochure / presentation layout 2. A website layout to develop from scratch 3. A website layout + corporate identity to develop from scratch You are not asked to finish jobs, just to work well and be responsive/quick I am interested in your portfolios, I don't want to see any flash nor unusable SEO-unfriendly website.
