WISE Installer 5.1

HI, we are using Wise Installer 5.1 to make our builds. Under the "Distribution" section we are trying to setup the "WiseUpdates" section. This section is used so that we can upload to our server new updates and our customers will automatically be notified and the update will automatically download to thier machine. We have tried several different settings, but we have had no luck? It it a bug in version 5.1? I know that they have version 6.1 but we haven't upgraded yet. Any information would be helpful.
