Recover lost zip file passwords(repost)

I want a program that can recover lost zip file passwords. There are 2 ways to recover the password, 1 is brute force the other is to read the zip file. I would prefer this program to be able to read the zip file. I am not to bothered about a good GUI, just 1 that I can operate it easily. Possible to be able to support not just the .zip compression type but other types as well. _When placing a bid can you include: _The language you would be able to write the program in. How the program will be able to recover the password (brute force or reading file) Say if the program will be able to support other compression types. The bid amount (can be above $100 is you prefer). If possible the password for the zip file that I have attached. I would prefer the program to be written in Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0, but I will listen to what language you would like to write it in. I require 100% ownership of all source code and rights.
