437548 C / C++ project (very simple)

This project contains several C language functions to be written from scratch. Almost all of functions are about bit operations on 64bit integer (long long, __int64, uint64_t). Bidding C programmer must be very good at bit level operations |, &, ^, ~, ~, <<, >> etc over 64bit integers. Additionally 2 C functions that will match 2 64bit integers bits and return matching area. As per our understanding each function doesn't exceed 5 lines of code. And number of functions to be written may be around 60. Details will be provided after we have communicated with you in PMB and you can prove with example code. Attached is a description file for 3 functions only to give you idea of what needs to be developed.
