PHP Expertise + CMS / VBulletin Expert

I'm in need of a person that knows a lot about PHP and the MYSQL Database. A few months ago, We have a website done with a custom CMS linked to our Vbulletin boards. Today we have upgraded our vbulletin 3.5.3 and got that to work but our main website now does not work :( I do not know where to begin to fix this, and need of an experts help. I'm assuming the database changed and or now incompatible with the current vbulletin, (VBExternal?) I need somebody to make this website (home page + CMS) work again, all the files used are in tact and i'm sure if you know PHP it won't be too hard to make it work. Database: MYSQL Provider: POWWEB LANGUAGE CMS: PHP Forums: Vbulletin (working) Addons: VBExternal, Arcade (not working), RPG Inferno (not working) I need you to: - Find out what's wrong that when we upgraded, it broke :( and let me know so this won't happen again. - when you finish making the website work, I can make extra projects to get some addons for the Vbulletin working again. I will pay via PAYPAL !!! nothing else. So please do not bid if you cannot use paypal. YOU MUST HAVE some sort of chat system (aim/msn/yahoo/irc) , as e-mail takes too long imho.
