Geocities ''Build Your Own Site'' clone

We are looking for a Geocities style "Build Your Own Site" software for one of our clients. This is a music community style site where members of the network can post their music, pictures and contact info similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. This is the general idea of what we want: (feel free to make suggestions) The user should then be able to log into and create a network account and begin building their page and have their files automatically be saved into their own folder. User Site building: > Pick a template from template gallery > choose background colors for their page > Upload images to be displayed on their page > Upload text to be displayed on their page > Upload mp3's to be played and downloaded from their page > User should be able to change templates sort of like skins > User should be able to preview page before it goes live We also plan to offer some features such as an ASP calendar, user polls, message boards and photo gallery **(we have these components already, we just need to be able to turn them on or off on the page template from an admin menu) Admin control Panel: > Manage accounts > suspend, activate, delete accounts > Manage Sites > manage templates ** The sofware should be able to create folders on the fly based on the user's name with validation ** Based on the type of membership, there should be a folder size limit (to be specified later). The user should also have visibility to how much space they have used This is not the entire scope of the project, this is just an outline, there are many other detail that we will have to work out. ** Attached is the geocites clone code and here is a link to another code that we like <[login to view URL]> we have this code but can only upload 1 file using this form. PS. We only like the site builder portion of this site, not the layout Please ask as many questions and give as many suggestions as you want. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) A [login to view URL] file with full instructions on how to use software and manage the site files, sql data, etc. ## Platform ASP or ASP.net SQL 2000 Must run in IE 5+ and NS 6+
