Contact Management Modification 5

We had an application created for us by another coder on RAC. He has slowly been making some modifications to the site as we need them. Unfortunately he has come down very sick and is unable to undertake the next set of modifications that we need done on the project. The project is developed in C#. A basic overview follows: The website is basically an email marketing tool. There are two sets of users, admin users and ordinary users. Admin users can manage a 'settings' page and can create ordinary users - that is all. An ordinary user can login to the site. Basically an ordinary user can login and create contacts on the website and assign them to various categories. From there, they can design a 'template' using an online rich text editor and save the template to the database. Next, the user can create an 'email campaign' where they can choose a template, select contacts to send the email to (via categories or individual contacts), enter in some email information and send the email to all of the contacts. The site then records when users click links on the email. Each link that is inserted in the email message takes users to the website, records they have clicked the link, and then recdirects them to the correct website. The ordinary users can then run reports on the successfulness of their campaign via an online suite of reports. I now require the following modifications to be completed. If a coder is interested in completing the project then I will post a copy of the current application to be used when making the modifications. There are 5 things that need attending to. Traffic Limitations ** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IE 5+
