3500 URLs - Dynamic 301 Redirecting from Code / DB

Hello, I need a EXPERIENCED PHP/MySQL/htaccess professional who can do the following: I have about 3500 URLs which need to be 301 redirected: - Create a DB with "old URL" and "new URL" - Upload all URLs into the database (I have all URLs in an Excel sheet) - Create a PHP file and write code to access the DB and check if there is a "new URL" for the requested page; -- If Yes: Redirect to the "new URL" -- If No: Proceeed to the requested page - write command into .htaccess to start the PHP file I think this is the best solution to redirect 3500 URLs - if you have another better solution, I am open to it ! This is very urgent, I need this to be done asap! Thanks!
