301835 Simple PHP Project

I need a simple php script. Using a simple admin interface it would allow users to add events. The event would be a date, title and a description as shown at [login to view URL] I just need it to create a php file consisting of the table that makes up the events the user has added. Then I'll call that php document into the page. Additionally, I need a seperate php file that feeds off that information to create a small box with just the titles and dates of each event. This is something I could add to the rest of the pages and link back to the events page.
