I need a database system created so that prospective employees can create a profile with the ability to upload a resume in .doc .pdf formats. The user will be able to create a unique username and password and also be able to log in to change or edit the details or thier profile. I also require a system created that will allow prospective employers to create a profile as well and be able to search the employee database with limited criteria. The employers will have the abiity to create unique user name and password that would enable them to edit thier profile as well. Employers will also need the ability to select a number of prospective employees all at once and then view a bit more detailed information on the selected employees.
