292603 Kubelance Fixes

Need to fix cubelance I put some custom code in the config file to get the count of all programmers,and the count of all open projects,and I am recieving the session already sent in header ect. I tried to put start_session(); at the top of each php file,but that did not work. This should take 5 minutes to complete/fix. I also need to clean up some html table widths because I have a new integrated template ensure everything is working 100% please be serious! I have been getting alot of People that just dissapear after I escrow them money,and they never complete the job! I also get alot of people that bid,and I accept thier bid, but they leave the site,and dont come back for days. so i am stuck with a waste of my time, You must be able to start ASAP! and accept the project ASAP! Please be a guru with php mysql,and understand kubelance,or do not bid Please speak well english,and be able to get on skype,or aim. I have many tasks for the right personal looking to make $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ so lets GO! I have a new project every hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!
