501584 Gift Card selling website

I need site programmed and designed to sell Gift cards. The site will sell different valued cards. The site is pretty simple, all it needs to do is record the address details of the buyer, then forward them to a purchase page where they will make payment,through either Paypal or Alertpay. You will need to set up the site to accept payments through both of those. The site also needs to have a nice design. More details will be provided when the winner is picked. VERY IMPORTANT: I would like this site to be done in 5 days or less. If you need longer to build it, please do not bid. The project is a very simple website and shouldn't take more than a few days to build. Also, I will place funds in escrow.
