I am interested in an ebay program that will search all of ebay, and return the links of all auctions with the price limit and shipping specifications I input. For Example, In the options if I specify 10$ and Free Shipping, it should crawl all of ebay and search for items under 10$ with Free Shipping No specific keywords, we basically just want _everything_. A simple desktop application which performs the search would be good. (Windows) PayPal ONLY, and payment will be sent after program is received and tested, source code included.
