Website with online shop / PSD to HTML & Wordpress + (customized) plugins

PSD to HTML & Wordpress + customized plugins (knowledge of PHP, MySQL, CSS, AJAX required) Main functionalities: - product catalog where the visitor can add products to basket - checkout of the order without login, no online payment/processing (the buyer just fills out a form (name, surname, address, city, post code) to order the products in the basket. The content of the order form is written into a database and an autogenerated e-mail is sent to the company and buyer for notification. Everything else is handled at the company itself, no customer section, no invoice section needed! - news (posts in WP), - product search (WP), - mega menu for product groups (5 different drop-downs with pictures and styled text - should be fully editable/customizable independent of site structure), - secondary menu with links to About the company, News and Contact. - about 14 other content pages (text+pics+embeds in different layouts/templates, nothing complicated) including the home page. See attached designs! No design work is required, just programming. :: PRODUCTS :: About 150 product pages are present in multiple product categories. An example: a brand X diabetic cookie --> this product is in the categories: cookies, products with fruit, diabetic products, X products. In the mega menu there will be links to either categories or products. The admin should be able to create custom categories (with adding multiple products to them) in WP back-end. Some of the product categories will have articles displayed above products. When there is more than one article in a category there will be a list of past articles in the sidebar. The product page has the usual data fields: image, name, description, characteristics, etc. Some products will have sub-variations, it will be available in different sizes/weights so data fields will then change - we'll talk later in more detail about the best solution for this. The "4 recommended products" module - on the home page and on the product page (bottom) - no algorithms required, admin defines the 4 products in the WP back-end; we'll talk about the details later. :: OTHER :: About the company: this group of 10 pages are listed in a sub-menu in the sidebar. Sidebars on sub-pages can be done with WP sidebar widgets; they will be the same for groups of content pages and product categories. The design has a couple randomized background images on the sides of the central content area - they are visible only when the viewport is large enough. About 4 of the content pages are not yet designed, but they are simple (like contact page, news article, news archive) and/or will have a similar layout as the existing pages. The e-newsletter order form in the site will be processed by a 3rd party, no need to have e-mailing back-end, we just send the form field to a script and display a Thank you notification with AJAX. For some functionalities I expect you to suggest which WP plugins would be best, we can get a free plugin (or buy it) & adapt as needed OR you can code the functionality from scratch, as long as it works and is editable in the WP back-end. The site is in Slovenian language, all the content will be provided. 2 language versions with different content will follow later, no need to have multi-language functionality. News - 2 templates required: a list of news articles and a news article page (title, image (gallery option), text). ::: PROJECT MANAGEMENT ::: Time for total project realisation is 2 weeks, then the site should go live. As soon as rough product page template and WP database is ready, content input should begin - I need you to input the content pages, product pages input will be done by a 3rd person. I expect attention to detail, regular status updates & daily communication by Skype/chat/email to do the work smoothly and in time.
