Google Map application amendments (php)

I have a google map application that needs to be amended with new features. Current application can: *Display places from database and display on map *Filter places on fields: Country, category, rating. Wildcard search *Mouseover place display a popup with data from database *Click on place displays more information make it possible to rate the place and upload a picture (if user is logged in) *Display information in different languages (user can click on flag) I need the following 1) Correcting 3-4 small errors 2) Make a "Settings" popup, When user clicks on settings (some fields updated into existent database) 3) Make a "Add Place" popup where user can enter data about a new place or modify an existent place (their own) 4) After user updates in "Add Place" clear popup and show a "Maintain local text" where user can enter extra data Bid on these 4 changes and request a link to the current application if you are serious/curious In this price include learning and time for small adjustments.
