I need a photoshop designer

I need an EXPERT in photoshop. The project involves editing images and perfecting them for use in a professional setting. Experienced professionals with advanced knowledge of image manipulation capabilities and excellent skill in the use of Adobe Photoshop are needed for this task. A remarkable eye for detail and dedication to excellence must also be present in order to ensure delivery of top-quality results. Dedication and only the best results are my top priorities for this project. I'm looking for somebody who can deliver impeccable output within a reasonable timeframe. Currently we have approximately 58 cards that need to be worked on. Some cards require very simple touch ups while others are more complicated. There are 2 requirements: 1. The freelancer I hire needs to have excellent English communication skills; a 15 minute phone communication on Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Fridays at 11:00 am, EST, may be necessary. 2. Submission of 2-3 cards daily for a minimum of 15 cards a week is the minimum. This may include either new cards or modifications of ones already started - absolutely no bulk submissions. Revisions as needed on all cards until project is complete. Attached you will find an example of a card that you may expect to see for this project. The church needs to go in the background, and the main character for the card is the dog who should be front and center of the 2.75 x 4.75 card. The window behind the dog could be removed. There will also be other objects like swords, cups, etc. that will be necessary to include - templates and source files will be shared. *It is NOT necessary to submit this card completed to be awarded this project; it is included merely to show what you may expect on this project.
