Hi All, Need to create 2000 3D floor plan isometric view and 2D layout of the same 3D view. Final 3ds max+vray and Photoshop file will be provided from our side, there will be no change in texturing and lighting. The only changes will happen in modelling different layout and render it. For example - The single file which I will provide has a 2BHK apartment of a particular size now there are other 2000 apartment to be made of different 1 or 2 or 3 or multistory apartment which needs to be rendered in the same format as I will provide. If you have large team and can handle this much views in such short time then this project is for you guys. sample renders will be provided to the selected bidders. Please attach some renders of yous previous work and your team details with the bids. Please bid on per view basis. Thanks, Reality Square.
