Contacts import subsystem enhancement

Hello, This project is to make an existing contact database import software system more generic and flexible. The goal is to be able to import any kind of CSV file layout. System should also support any character/string as separator( e.g. field1~#~field2~#~). User should not have to respecify layout each time a contact file is being imported. For each user created, a default layout named "Standard" that matches the only one currently supported is automatically created. User should select list and file to import as it is currently the case and also specify an existing layout name in a drop down box located in the existing "import contact" form. Default drop down box value should be "Standard". Thank you Bernard
