Event Photo and Profile site

We need an adult-oriented event positing website, where members can post events and view dates and photos of events. Functions will be: Member registration/Login Events page - Script to allow login/members to post events Profiles page - Script to allow login/members to post personals/profiles Photos pages - Script to allow login/members to post photos of past events Thumbnail preview of photos Message board/Forum All of the events and profiles functions should be able to use the same script. Perl CGI script probably. We're looking for someone with the ability to complete the project at a competive rate. Send your hourly rate and direct contact info.
