Need a custom Perl plugin to perform domain name registration and management to be integrated into HSPc web appliance for hosting business automation. The custom Perl plugin will provide the following functionalities: domain registration, transfer, domain modification (i.e. DNS), domain deletion. All operations will be performed through direct connection with the registrar XML service. Will provide full source-code examples and complete documentation. XML library and XML schemas will also be provided. Development platform and custom HSPc setup will be provided to you to perform development and make tests. Please only place final bids. I would like to know exactly what is the registrar's API like and what exactly you mean by a plugin in order to make my bid more realistic (probably cheaper and the duration depends). Are we talking SOAP? XML-RPC, or any other custom made protocol. I am very experienced in using XML/SOAP with Perl as well as doing large amounts of data processing with or without Relation Databases. Please give me more details. Thank you very much for you time.
