Express app code update

I would like to have an Node Js expert update some of the code for the script below. It is at good script but is outdated, some of the packages are deprecated and break some of the code. For instance, it uses an old version of Joi on the Auth, Post and User controllers but the newer Joi version (@hapi/joi@^17) breaks some functions in those controllers. I'm not looking for someone to do a complete re-write. Instead, I'm looking for someone to re-write "only" the code that are affected by NPM update (it is actually no much). I am planning to add a lot more features to this script but I need this core updated and working before adding these features. For instance, I'm planning to add an admin dashboard (in Ionic or Angular), which would require admin routes, permissions, etc. But the reason I need it updated first is so I can the front end while the new features are added, so I need this working first. Check it out: [login to view URL] My requirements are simple: You must be experienced with Nodejs, Express, Typescript, API development, etc. You must be able to write clean, well documented code that is up to standards (no confusing outdated spaghetti code). Most importantly, you must have a proven record of completing projects and completing them on time, as I can't wait 3 months to have some code on a few files updated (I don't understand why some freelancers bid on projects they don't intent to work on, it's a waste of time for both entities, no offense). If you can meet the requirements above, I would love to hear from you, I am easy to work with and I deliver mu dues. But please check the script before making an offer.
