multi language News website - repost

i have bought a template (HTML5 and CSS3) which i have loaded in here [login to view URL] i will provide you with Visual Studio 2012 Project solution with what you see i this link (the template). you can see that this is a mobile friendly website. what i want to use and only want to use is (Jquery, WCF,HTML5, CSS3, .NET 4.5, MS-SQL 2012, ASP.NET with no Server Control), everything should be handles in jquery and the database actions should also be in Jquery-ajax call. what is the goal 1-to make this template Multi language Farsi (Persian) and English. 2-a secure login 3-news will have to be loaded dynamically as it comes from RSS which you can get from "voice of america persian" and BBC Persian; keep in mind that news should be in persian and english, you can see a sample here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] the headlines and images should show on the site and details of it when user clicks. users should be able to write into blogs (in english and persian) even without logging in, but admin will have to approve it for others to see. write side of all pages should have to have spaces for ads (advertisments). temperture on top right corner should show the current local that user is in.
