Fix Deployment Issues on C# Application on Windows Server 2012 -- 2

I have an application that is built on C#/.NET using Visual Studio 2012 and deployed on Windows 8. I have issues when I deploy the same application on Windows Server 2012. So I need a resource who is well experienced in .NET and also has experience deploying application on servers and has aptitude to find solutions and fix them independently. The chosen candidate has to work with my team through Remote Desktop only during America-CST. So we are wiling to pay on an hourly basis until the issues gets resolved. I have given a screenshot of one error and there might be more as we keep fixing an issue. Need an enterprising candidate for this job.
