Translating tool for items-description

We need a translation-tool to create the item description for novelties. We already have a solution, but only I know how to use it and we need an easier solution. Right now, we have an Access-file where I can create the text on the table “## Artikel”, please check Access-file enclose. Before I create a description, I need to make sure that all parameters have been translated before: That I can check on the tables: 01 Bezeichnung (description), 02 Sortierung (assortment), 03 Farben (colors), 04 Form (shapes), 05 Design, 06 Einheit (unit), 07 Mass-Einheit (measure unit) When I am ready I start the query of the language I need for example “Artikelbeschreibung ES” Than result I copy to the excel-file (enclose) “Vorlage zur Access [login to view URL]”. So some paremeter say “none” I actually don’t want this but If I don’t make that excel wont recognize empty field. So I need one tool, can even be an online tool for the intranet so solve this problem. Peferct would be. Several navigation points: 1. Create an item a. First field ask for item-number b. Dropdown ask for first parameter Description c. (+) I click on plus and add can create further parameters for example Unit than i. Empty field for number [100] and dropdown for Unit [pieces] if one piece 2. Check for untranslated parameters a. Overview of the parameters that still need to be translated per language. This means I select one language that is ready let's say DE or EN, those will always be translate and then let’s say I want to know what is missing in GR, so that I get a list like this: Left I select EN (IF a filed is not translated it should say "Translation missing" RIGHT I select GR. I get a list than I can or translate directly on the page and on the bottom I get the chance to export to CSV and an option to import the CSV-file. 3. Export a. Here I can export ALL Items in all languages as CSV-file. Empty parameters should say “TRANSLATION MISSING”
