Monthly One way Link

I need someone to provide me with 100 targeted text links for a Printer ink cartridges site next six month may be more. This must be one way permanent links with a minimum PR of 2. 1. Links should be search engine friendly. 2. No more than one link on the same IP. 3. Must be manually submitted. 4. No directories, link farms, FFA sites, or search engine banned sites. 5. Must use provided anchor text. 6. Multiple links from the same class C of IP addresses not acceptable. 7. No blacklisted, redirects, Javascript,hidden or spam sites links. 8. English speaking sites only. 9. No more than 30 outbound links per page. 10. Links only from static pages (no queries, string parameters or session ID's). 11. All links must be indexable by googlebot. No rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking and the like 12. Link page mst be cached by google within last 30 days. 13.I will have the right to cancel a link if not found suitable. 14. You will provide an excel file containing Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank, IP address, and submitted date. [login to view URL] related sites would be preffered (Printer suppliers, computer, office products and others) 16. At lest 20% link should be Printer ink cartridges related websites.
