This is very much Similar to a mobile app called Migraine Buddy Available at googles play store at : [login to view URL] We are in the process of making a software that takes inputs of symptoms from the patient and the physician and helps guide the correct diagnosis of headache. The software has to be web-based and an Android app for the smart phone that transfers the data to the web based system. A General overview of Headache Management application requirements. - A web application and an android application is to be developed. - Patients can perform pre-appointment self-diagnoses on the basis of a medically defined questionnaire and determine a probable cause. - Physician’s will save time, and can have improved diagnostic accuracy. - 3 privilege levels on each platform. Application can be accessed by Patient, Doctor and Researcher. - Patient app to have 4 core elements: o Questionnaire that a patient can fill in to provide data about their ailment. o Headache Diary, within which a patient can record occurrences. o An algorithm to determine the probable cause/s of the symptom. o Feature that allows the patient to share the details saved from the questionnaire and the probable cause, with his physician. - application wireframes 20 and flow to demarcate scope of work, are prepared. There are 370 reasons for Headache, the software helps filter and process information to derive at the correct diagnosis. Therefore about 370 types, all do not require completely new algorithms; some need sub sets.
