I will develop an endless vertical scrolling with option to either use sensors or touch to move the player. The game will be developed in Game Maker Studio which can export to iOS, Android and Windows.

It seems that you haven't described your game clearly. Even though it is easy and simple. I need to know what it is like. If the game is equal or easier than what I think right now, I promise I will get it done in 2 days. I can see that you are going to make your game run at iPhone. Currently I have neither iPhone nor any Apple's product. But I can build the game for you with Unity3d (just google it). It is free, and you can easily deploy the game to iPhone, Android, and any other platform.
