We eventually intend to integrate it with the school website or that of the Parents Teachers Association.., therefore make provision for that. 2. There must be a revenue side to it, and this must be aggregated in collaboration with the mobile phone platform/ the providers. 3. Each school must have a code, each student will use their registration no., and each subject MUST HAVE A CODE too. Parents will be sent a pin which they will collect at the school or simply text us to receive a pin which they can then text their child’s name and class which we shall authenticate using our data base from the school. Alternatively in order to subscribe parents register by dialing a USSD and they receive prompting questions which they will answer using a set of answers we would have sent them via a letter for each child until they are eventually registered. B. In short: 1. We shall have a list of all the students in the school.., and we shall ASSIGN a specific CODE to each child. 2. Letters will be sent to ALL parents showing them how to download the app. and assist on how to register, USING the given CODES of each of their children (each child will require a separate subscription with their unique individual CODES). 3. Each parent trying to register using a cellphone will be prompted with a dropdown menu and they will choose what service they require info: a. Daily Assignments Given to the Student on each Subject b. Weekly Assignment Performance Results and Statistics on the same, which will include: Average Pass Mark (%ge), Class Ranking on the particular Assignment c. Weekly Test Results and Statistics on the same, which will include: Average Pass Mark (%ge), Class Ranking on each Subject d. Monthly Overall Performance (Average Pass Mark and Class Rank) and that will incorporate Assignments and Tests e. Prediction on performance based on probability as a result of the students recorded performance. We shall employ DATA ENTRY personnel at EACH school who will be reporting every morning at the school, and man a desk upon which they will receive filled out tables on each subject’s: i. GIVEN ASSIGNMENTS and/ or/ RESULTS FROM PREVIOUS ASSIGNMENTS ii. Weekly TESTS RESULTS iii. Terminal EXAM RESULTS Teachers will be OBLIGATED by the SCHOOL to hand in EVERY ASSIGNMENT GIVEN FOR EACH CLASS IMMEDIATELY AFTER A LESSON on the SAME DAY. They WILL ALSO BE OBLIGATED TO HAND IN ALL ASSIGNMENT RESULTS IMMEDIATELY AFTER HANDING THEM BACK TO EACH CLASS/ STUDENT. This is also true for TERMINAL EXAMS. Parents should be able to receive the results of each of their child by close of business on each day, i.e 18.00hrs. When Parents subscribe to the service, they will be informed of the cost of receive each SMS for EACH SUBJECT, FOR EACH STUDENT on a DAILY, WEEKLY and MONTHLY BASIS, that will be based on an AGREED OPERATORS CHARGE per SMS. My office should be able to retrieve ALL and ANY STATISTICAL DATA to REFLECT THE STUDENT’S and HENCE SCHOOL’S PERFORMANCE For REPORTING TO THE MANAGEMENT. Positive feedback should allow for poor performing students to be captured early for remedial measures to be taken, or have poor performing teachers to rectify their style of teaching.
