I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. Hi. I want to develop a n app restricted to specific people. There would be an admin and the remaining users would be allowed to register post verification by the admin. The admin would have the rights to remove and add users . The admin further would have the rights to push notifications on the app for the users to see like weekly menu, availability of cabins for booking and mess bills and any important event planned for the week. The number of users would be below 100.
