Create a Mobile Website

I am thinking about a website which can be enabled on android and iphone also, the project is related to service type of business where I will work as mediator like.. this would be subscription based site as well as mobile app, where i will be a admin and ask service providers to add their service and offer to clients, clients who will opt their services, we will be charged % from each subscription from registered service providers, there would be 2 UI (1 for customer who will opt the service and 1 for service provider who will register as seller) For more details, please WhatsApp me : 8800387006
