Use Case: You need to compare a clean toilet/bathroom image from an uncleaned toilet/bathroom image and come up with a rating of Very Clean/Clean/Not Clean Enough/ Dirty. You need to create a mobile app ( android+IOS) that will send an image to server for creating rating. You need to create a server side code ( in Java) which will compare the image stored ( clean) with the uploaded image and send the rating back to mobile and other notification messages Please bid only if you know the exactly the algorithm that can complete this requirement.
