App that connect with arduino/controller and receive data from bluethoot

Hi, I develop android apps. I have experience with making BLE based android apps. Can you share the arduino bluetooth details which are used to fetch the temperature ? I assume the Bluetooth profile used is BLE and so I will need the BLE service UUID and characteristics UUID to read the temperature. Kindly share further details. Regards, Sandy
