Mobile responsive creation for our website - repost

We have a joomla website and we require a mobile responsive version of the website to be made so that the users will be able to view our packages and their information. The logo should be nicely placed at the top of the mobile version homepage. Then the package categories laid out nicely underneath. Once the user clicks on each category the packages inside should show and be able to be scrolled through. We will be using the joomla website as the main website and therefore the mobile responsive website should be linked to this. If updates are made to the products on our joomla website they should follow through to the mobile responsive site. If product categories or products are added to the main site they should also show on the mobile responsive site. We require an email icon to always be visible which will when clicked on email the relevant product to the users email address. The mobile responsive site should be visible and working on all browsers used on an iphone or android. The look of the mobile responsive website should be easy to use, clean, professional with easy navigation. The main sections of the application should be the categories in our main menu bar, currently: Alexa Rankings, SEO&SEM Packages, Website Design, Brand Design, Social Media Marketing, PPC. There must also be a “Contact us” where an enquiry can be made which will come directly through to our email. There should also be a currency selector so that the user can view the package prices in their required currency. When the client wishes to purchase a package they should be redirected to a detail taking screen where they input their name, phone number and email. When submit is clicked this will then send details of the package to us along with a similar email to the client containing the details of the package and link button to purchase the product when they are at their own computer. On the mobile responsive site following pressing submit a message should show on the screen to say: “Many thanks for your interest in our package. You have been sent an email containing a link to this product package as well as instructions for its purchase. Please complete the purchase from a desktop or laptop computer. We look forward to hearing from you.” The website is [login to view URL] There must be unlimited reversions of the design until complete satisfaction. We will set one milestone for the full amount which will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the mobile site which must be already installed and working on our server.
