Small iphone/ipad project from source

Hello, i need you to make small iphone/ipad app from my existing source. This will be an easy project that should only take about one or two hours. Basically just make small changes like change to new app name, change to new icon i will provide, change to new buttons i will provide on user interface, add More page with links to 5 apps on app store, and upload finished app to app store in my account. I own all rights. The budget for this project is $60. I will release $30 when changes are made and release final $30 when upload to app store is complete. 1. change name of app 2. change to new icon (i will provide icon image) 3. change to new buttons on user interface ( i will provide new buttons) 4. Add "More" button with links to my apps on app store (i will provide list of 5 apps and links) 5. provide 6 screen shots in required size for iphone and 6 screen shots in required size for ipad 6. send back updated source 7. upload to app store in my account Thank you!
