Simple I phone app (pictures and txt)

I need a simple app that would allow the users to: take pictures, add text and save them under a unique url. As a reference please take a look at the app “zapd”. What I need is a simplified version of Zapd app. Here are some of the features that I don’t need , so this should make the app even simpler: Don’t need: -featured -following -collaborating -Activity -Don’t need any theme at all (all pages should be just with white background) -Don’t need channel (categories), don’t need the tag option -Don’t need any of the features under “Friend notifications” or “Social Notification” -Don’t need the “invite a friend” option On the add text page by default I want beds, baths, Sq. ft. , Price, Body Text(see attached power point). The photo editing features are done using the free Aviary photo editor(is just a plug in). If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask me.
