Need to clear online tests (Remote access required)

I want an intelligent and skilled person who have all the technical as well as non technical knowledge about the following fields: iOS Programming Test Android Programming Cocoa Cocoa touch etc. The test will be 20-30 minutes long and the hired person will be paid only passing the test with scoring atleast 80%. I'll pay the hired person as per test basis and bids with low cost will be more preferred. If you have some related experience, that would be great. If someone has partial skills that can also bid. I mean if anyone has expertise in one field and want to give test on specific topic. No junk please, only skilled peoples bid on this.
