Write a start-up program for Android TV - Box

We are looking for a Freelance programmer to develop a start-up program for Android TV box ( E.g.: Android TV Box FV-1). The requirement is that as soon as the Android TV Box is switched on, the first page that must show up on the screen has to be our website login page. Hence we would need all the other applications and functions that would normally appear on the TV box to be disabled, giving the users access to our specified web page only. This is the detailed description. 1. The application will be accessed via Android Box which acts as a router for any agent/advertiser. Hence we need to ensure that the Andriod Box is used only for this purpose 2. Device Application on Android Box should be able to communicate with the Server Application whenever there is any change in the respective Mac ID. 3. Device would be identified by its MAC ID 4. Sync between device and the application is based on the customer ID 5. Device should be protected from the splitter 6. The splitter should be controlled from our end so that we can provide the LOCK and UNLOCK facility. Hence the splitter has the connectivity with the application. 7. Minimum configuration suggested are Device Name, Customer ID, Internet connection (DHCP or DNS) 8. Firmware update and app update can be pushed from the Server end. 9. The device should provide a temporary memory area wherein the Advertisements are stored in sync with the application. This would increase the performance of the application. 10. Device should be able to display high quality of pictures in TV. 11. Logs need to be generated which is automatically triggered on specific interval of time which helps in trouble shooting.
