Octopus fishery monthly reporting from Microsoft Access database

Dear All, I am looking for support to develop a reporting system from an existing Microsoft Access 2010 database. Let me give you some background. Blue Ventures is a marine conservation organisation and I am currently managing an octopus fishery monitoring project in southwest Madagascar. We had a database built sometime last year to store all the fishery data we are generating and are very happy with it. However we are now looking at developing an automated monthly reporting system so that we can provide real time data to the regional fishery management committee. We are looking to pull out 5-6 standard fishery variables (CPUE, mean weight, sex ratio) for 18 different villages per month as well as trying to run some slightly more complicated reports which would group data in the database into 6 weeks before and after stated dates. I have started experimenting with queries and reports to do this, but i think it is a little complicated for me to figure out alone. The reports/queries will need to involve expressions to generate the required output from the data in the tables. As a charity we do not have resources specifically set aside for this, but we are keen to develop this as it is a crucial part of the managament of the fishery. I am not all that familiar with Access so am not sure how long this will take to develop, but if you have lots of experience I imagine it could be quite fast, hopefully less than 10 hours.
