Create a user friendly interface to operate a Microsoft Access database running a warehouse location system

We have a warehouse inventory location system using Microsoft access. We currently update all data (pallet location changes, stock codes being removed from a pallet etc.) by writing the changes on a sheet on a clip board which is kept on the forklift, then transcribing from this sheet into the access database at the end of each day, and printing out the stock locations, to be kept on the forklift to search for them when needed. We are looking to improve this system, by creating a user-friendly interface, which can be accessed by a wifi connected tablet kept on the forklift. The data kept in this database includes: - SKU (product code) - Pallet number (each pallet in the warehouse has a unique number) - Date the stock was received (so that we can ensure we send out the oldest stock first) - Bin location - Supplier Refer attached MS Access database currently used to track bulk STOCK (SKUs) on PALLETS and then track the assigned BIN LOCATION of the Pallet. When stock is received, it is placed on pallets which are labelled with a unique ID Multiple SKUs may be on 1 pallet Pallet contents is then recorded, and the pallet is moved to an available bin location (spot in the warehouse pallet racking. As stock in the warehouse picking area is depleted, the forklift operator needs to locate the bulk stock to replenish below. We have outgrown the current system and would like to upgrade the database so that: 1 - It has a user friendly interface 2 - Ability to log on via a WIFI tablet (with different user privileges to the desktop version) while on the forklift in the warehouse 3 - Cloud based is OK 4 - Use a Tablet on the forklift to search for a SKU to locate the Pallet and the position of the Pallet within the warehouse (that is its Bin Location or Zone). 5 - Be able edit data on the fly to remove SKU(s) from the pallet as they are depleted, and if no other SKU’s are on the Pallet, clear all data on that pallet, so that the pallet and bin location are available for future use (and stop showing up in searches for that SKU. 6 - The migration of updated data to any new solution. Note that in some cases we have the same SKU (code) from different suppliers, but these are a different products. We differentiate them by adding a SKU prefix for each different supplier, so that we no longer have the same product code. We add a SKU prefix to every item, not just the ones where there are duplicates from different suppliers. Please provide feedback regarding the best solution and a quote to complete the project.
