I might be making a mistake by sending you this proposal because it seems to me that you are looking for an individual to take care of the credential verification process but the job post came to me as seeking " HRM application" so I will respond to this as a programmer and offer a solution that I would have offered to one of my clients. Your key goal is to automate the credential verification process and for that you have parameters in place. What I am proposing is to create a web based application that will take the users and their credentials through a step by step process OR a submission process whereby the users are vetted against pre-set parameters. I have deployed intranet based system for similar objectives but I am not sure if the standards for validating providers are the same for your country as mine. So you will need to brief me on that. Once that is done and the application goes live , the entire task will be treated as batch process for an unlimited number of providers and processes.
