Machine, CNC Lathe Operator

Looking to find someone to create an ongoing working relationship with. We do a couple of detailed items that that need final finishing and would be straight forward for someone with the right kit. It's basically machining out the centre of a non-monetary coin to make a shell'. There's a few sizes and a few different types of finishes required. It's a soft composite metal. They will be small regular runs. Approx 500 items every couple of months once the products are established then we can do larger orders once the product is established. Would suit a retired machinist or a trainee looking for more and varied experience. We also do a lot of prototyping and often need parts made. It's really basic work for someone with access to a lather, and if you can set a program running then it should be even quicker. We are based in Dorset south coast UK. Would be good to find someone near to avoid shipping heavy goods and the costs etc. I will need initially a discussion to explain and show what I need doing, then prototype creating, and setting a cost per item price once we know how long each item takes so all is fair and I can easily work it into my pricing.
