Company and Product Logo Design (2 Logos)

I need two logos created. The first logo is for a software product/package called "acquira". This software product manages point-of-purchase display installations for retail store chains. This is not to be confused with point-of-purchase systems like cash registers, there is no relationship to those. It is strictly a software product. The second logo is a company logo. The company name is "accoware". This is the company that manufacturers the acquira software. Each logo should be 2 or 3 colors with a white background. The logos need to work well on a web site and in print. Crisp, clean, and simple with a dash of style is what I am looking for. If you do not already have a portfolio, sorry please do not response, I will only consider firms that provide links to some of their past work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I require that the resulting GIF file be provided in GIF with transparent background. I also need the original vector (graphic) files.
