Hi. I search for this error and seems it occurs when php crashes (case may be any). So i find some things that we can tweak to eliminate it: 1) Increase timeout for apache/nginx for fpm 2) If you use opcache increase opcache.max_accelerated_files , or try to disable it temporarly to ensure that problem with it 3) If you use some kind of acceleator try to disable it temporarly to ensure that problem with it I can try do this things, if no success - will be free for you
