Site-to-site VPN via OpenVPN on three OpenWRT routers

I want to create a site-to-site VPN between three locations. Every site has its own subnet like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Every site has an OpenWRT router where the VPN should run on. It is possible to have a central OpenVPN at a datacenter where all sites connect to. Additionally it must be possible to connect to this big network from outside from a single client (like mobile notebook). Project contains discussing the most suitable solution and guiding me through installing this setup via chat.

Hi. Better to do it with central server, especially if you want to connect from outside to this 'big network'. Hope openwrt already have openvpn, if not - hope your router have 8mb flash. If even this not - hope all routers are the same and we will be able to compile firmware for it.
