We can dump database manually and copy/move to other server and copy all Cpanel user files to other server. We can leave mail folder if not required. This is the safest way to recover. I need root ssh access. First I need VNC login data to check if we can System Rescue on old date (You can ask hosting provider for VNC login credentials). I need to remotely access server PC to Rescue system. If old date is not available, we can manually copy files+database. *** Re-install WHM required to re-built server and all data will be lost.
