We need a linux shell script with a Gstreamer or ffmpeg application on linux server to do dynamic logo overlay and dynamic text ticker scroll and titles on LIVE VIDEO - and stream the output to an rtmp server.
The live video will be available via usb port (or IP video via rtsp - both options should be available)
The live video has to be muxed with an audio stream which will be available on another usb port via a usb mic.
This muxing needs to be accurate so that there is good lip sync between the video and the audio.
The titles and scrolling text can be taken by making an http request which will return the required parameters in json fomrat. These can change at any time during the live streaming and hence you need to keep polling the http server to see if anything has changed - or use websockets etc to get this information.
Even the rtmp server where the output stream is being sent to can change mid stream like the textual content.
We should be able to set the positions of these elements like the logo x,y position, and the title text x,y position and the ticker x,y coordinates in the settings area of the application.
The application will be working on a linux server (preferably ubuntu) - no gui - in fact there is no monitor or keyboard attached to the linux server. The linux server will have 4 usb ports (one for video, one for the audio and two spare ones in case we need to attach a keyboard etc during setup). The linux server will have wifi as well as ethernet connection to the router to connect to the remote rtmp server specified.
You can implement this using ffmpeg OR gstreamer within a shell script.
