Help with Squid Proxy multiple ip setup

Currently i have one main server with ipv4 setup. With my VPS provider i use i can assign multiple public ipv4 to main server. The problem im having is getting the multiple ip working. I do understand the configuation change in [login to view URL] but for whatever reason i can not get this working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My [login to view URL] format acl pub_ip1 myip x.x.x.x tcp_outgoing_address x.x.x.x pub_ip1
