Existing embedded board working fine. Recently updated Kernel and Busybox file system. Board boots fine but the file system gets corrupted on the second boot. Issue is something to do with kernel configuration or busy box configuration. Knowledge of kernel and busybox (buildroot) will be very helpful for this work.

I think you should provide old/new kernel and busybox version numbers, and also the type of root filesystem you are using (fat, jffs2,...) and where the root filesystem image is stored (flash, emmc,...) to find the right person.
